Practicing good days: That’s the idea behind most of what I do.

I teach yoga. I write. I talk to people. I help people and organizations make sense of what they’re trying to say and do. I’m interested in the things that make a day feel better, fuller, funnier, more connected, or simply more like your own.

Strength + Stillness

Strength is one way we build capacity: the capacity to carry more, stabilize ourselves, and meet greater demands with control. This two-hour workshop begins with a slow conditioning practice using light hand weights to explore strength, balance, and stability through intentional movement. We’ll then shift into long-held yin postures, where the work becomes less about effort and more about our capacity to stay, soften, and make space.

Moving between strength and stillness offers two different ways of meeting sensation—and a chance to become more aware of where your edges are and how they can change. Rather than treating strength and softness as opposites, we’ll explore how each can expand what the body is able to hold, respond to, and move through.

Teaching

Come practice with me

I teach yoga that makes room for strength, stillness, curiosity, and a little lightness along the way.

Find my classes, workshops, teaching approach, and the practices I’m continuing to study.

I work in communications, strategy, writing, storytelling, and project development, especially when something needs clearer thinking, a stronger throughline, or someone to help move it from idea to reality.
