Good day Practice
A collection of things for more good days.
I don’t think a good day has to be remarkable.
Sometimes it is a great conversation, a class that changes your energy, a song you forgot you loved, something you read at exactly the right time, or a small idea that follows you around for the rest of the week.
Good Day Practice is where I collect those things.
Each week, I share some of what I’ve been teaching, reading, listening to, thinking about, trying, and noticing, with the hope that something here finds its way into one of your days too.

Why practice?
I like the word practice because it leaves room.
A practice can happen on a yoga mat, but it can also be the way you start your morning, the music you play in the car, the people you make time for, the questions you keep asking, or the habit of noticing what makes you feel a little more alive.
Having more good days isn’t something I think you figure out once.
You pay attention. You try things. You keep what works. You change your mind. You begin again.
Why Day?
There is another reason the name feels especially close to me.
My grandmother’s name was Day.
Long before I started thinking about Good Day Practice, the word already belonged to someone I loved. Now I get to carry it into something new.
I like that the name can hold both things at once: a reminder of who helped me form the best parts of me and an invitation to pay attention to the day that is actually here.
